6carrots, medium
1 cup(s) black figs
1lemon
2oranges, to taste
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1 dash(es) salt, to taste
2 tablespoon(s) poppy seeds
Directions
Shred carrots finely in a food processor. Then place in a serving bowl.
Place figs in the bowl with carrots.
Squeeze the lemon juice onto carrots and figs.
Mix brown sugar with carrots and figs. Add salt and poppy seeds to the salad, stir and mix.
