  • 1 cup(s) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/10 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 cup(s) almond milk
  • 1 large mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup(s) blueberries

Directions

    1. Combine the flour, applesauce, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon in bowl and mix.
    2. Mix in dairy- free milk and mashed banana and whisk together until batter is smooth.
    3. Measure 1/2 cup of batter onto a hot skillet or griddle. Add a few blueberries evenly.
    4. When bubbles appear on the upper surface of the pancake , lift with a spatula and flip it on the other side and add a few more blueberries.
    5. Cook the pancake for 1-2 minutes until browned.
    6. Remove from the pan. Top with maple syrup and fruit of your choice.
