4 ounce(s) spicy mustard
3 tablespoon(s) oil
2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
8 teaspoon(s) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
2cloves garlic
5onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
2red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
2green bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
Directions
Whisk spicy mustard, oil, soy sauce and squirt of lemon. Set aside a small amount of mixture to spread over kabobs while cooking.
Place the chicken, garlic, onion, red peppers, green peppers in a bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
Grill for 15 minutes. Turn and brush with reserved marinade.
