Green Beans with Toasted Pine Nuts

- 24 ounce(s) green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) pine nuts
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to tatse
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to tatse
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- While green beans cook, heat an oiled skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minuted until softened. Add pine nuts and cook for another 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain Green beans and place into skillet with garlic and pine nuts, and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place in a serving dish. Serve and enjoy.
