reduced fat Parmesan cheese

Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Drain and keep warm. Set aside.
Meanwhile, spray sauté pan with cooking spray and sauté the garlic.
Add the egg substitute, milk and parmesan cheese and stir well.
Add the spaghetti and egg mixture to the pan, remove from the heat and stir until the noodles are coated and the eggs are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
