- 16 ounce(s) spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup(s) egg substitute
- 1/2 cup(s) almond milk
- 1/2 cup(s) reduced fat Parmesan cheese
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 1 cooking spray
Directions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Drain and keep warm. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, spray sauté pan with cooking spray and sauté the garlic.
- Add the egg substitute, milk and parmesan cheese and stir well.
- Add the spaghetti and egg mixture to the pan, remove from the heat and stir until the noodles are coated and the eggs are cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
