  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
  • 4 tablespoon(s) egg whites
  • 2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 ºF.
    2. In a large bowl combine sugar, applesauce and egg whites.
    3. Sift flour, soda and salt and add to mixture.
    4. Add vanilla, nuts and mashed bananas.
    5. Bake for 1 hour.
    6. Serve warm.
