Black Bean, Avocado & Corn Salad

- 2 avocados, chopped
- 15 1/2 ounce(s) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup(s) red onions, chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 lime, juice of
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 2 red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Squeeze lime juice on top and toss salad gently.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving, or you can place in pot and warm over medium heat if you prefer it warm.
