All hail this Caesar salad. Over the years, Ceasar salad has gotten a bad rap for being in high in fat and calories. However, this slimmed-down version actually fits in nicely with any healthy eating plan. Lettuce introduce you to our scrumptious salad.

1clove garlic, peeled, minced
1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
1/2 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1head romain lettuce
1juice of lemon
1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
1/10 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
4 ounce(s) broken bagel chips
1/2 cup(s) shredded Parmigiano- Reggiano cheese
1 dash(es) black pepper, to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, add the garlic and salt and mash together using a wooden spoon.
Pour in the oil, mixing constantly with a fork until well combined.
In a large bowl, add the romaine leaves, drizzle with garlic-oil mixture, and toss to coat.
Sprinkle the lemon juice over the salad and toss again.
Add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce and a ground cloves, cheese, pepper and broken bagel chips.
