Crispy Potato Wedges

  • 2 large russet potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) grapeseed oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) chipotle powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) pepper

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
    2. Toss potato wedges in a large bowl with oil, onion powder, lemon juice, chipotle powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
    3. Sprinkle with cornstarch; toss again to coat evenly.
    4. Spread potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    5. Bake in the oven until potatoes are tender about 30 minutes. 
    6. Add more salt and pepper before serving.
