Pineapple Ranch Garden Salad

A Hawaiian twist on the traditional garden salad. The pineapple provides a hint of sweetness to the greens, and the ranch dressing gives it a creamy base. Together, twin powers activate into a downright delicious side salad.

Pineapple Ranch Garden Salad

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 3 romaine hearts
  • 1 cup(s) Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 red onions
  • 1 cup(s) pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese
  • 1 ranch dressing, per serving
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

    1. Wash Vegetables.
    2. Cut three 3 romaine hearts into strips and add to a large salad bowl.
    3. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to bowl
    4. Peel and cut cucumber into slices then into fourths, add about half a cucumber to bowl
    5. Dice red onions and add to bowl
    6. Cut pineapple chunks into smaller chunks
    7. Shred Cheddar Cheese to add when ready to serve
    8. Add Ranch dressing when ready to serve
